不同收入农民工家长对PICC导管自我管理的调查分析

目的 了解不同收入农民工家长对PICC导管的自我管理能力,为更好地对患儿在院外实施导管管理提供科学依据.方法 2012年3月-2013年3月,对我院儿科留置PICC导管患儿的农民工家长进行调查.结果 调查51名家长,高收入组在自我管理知识获取途径、掌握情况及态度均优于中、低收入组,三组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;低收入组在自我管理的优点、内容和方法、应急处理措施得分低于中、高收入组,三组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 不同收入农民工家长对PICC导管的自我管理能力存在较大差距.

Investigation and analysis in self-nmnagement of PICC connectors in migrant worker parents with different income levels

Objective To probe into serf-management of PICC connectors in migrant worker parents with different income levels, in order to provide scientific evidence that connector management can be made on sick children out of hospitals. Methods Investigations were made into the migrant worker parents, whose children were patients of PICC connectors in the ped- iatrics at the hospital, from March 2012 to March 2013. Results 51 parents were investigated, and the high-income group had been better on the access to self-management and the master and attitude of self-management than the middle-income group and the low-income group, which difference was significant （P 〈0. 01 ）. In addition, the low-income group had lower scores than the middle-income group and the high-income group on the advantages, contents and methods of self-management and emergency measures, which difference was noticeable （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There are marked differences among migrant worker parents of different income levels on self-management of PICC connectors.
