伯氏疏螺旋体分子遗传学研究进展

摘    要:伯氏疏螺旋体是导致莱姆病的病原体,目前对该病病原体维持感染和致病性的关键因子知之甚少,由于伯氏疏螺旋体自身的特性滞后了人们对该病原体分子遗传学的研究。本文对伯氏疏螺旋体的研究特点、研究现状和发展趋势作了详细的综述。

Abstract:Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato is the causative agent of Lyme disease. However, little was known about the key factors of this pathogen which cause infection and pathogenicity. Certain features of B. burgdorferi have hampered the development in the molecular genetic study on B. burgdorferi. In this paper the review on the feature and status quo and trend of the molecular genetic study of the Lyme disease spirochaete were summrized.
