| 摘 要： | 目的观察凉膈散加减治疗心脾积热型小儿口疮的临床疗效。方法28例患儿以凉膈散为基础方辨证加减治疗，1日1剂，水煎分服。5d为1个疗程，2个疗程后判定疗效。结果治愈21例（占75．0％），好转5例（占17．9％），未愈2例（占7．1％），总有效率92．9％。结论凉膈散加减治疗心脾积热型小儿口疮疗效显著，且价格低廉，无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Lianggesan Decoction in treating pediatric aphtha with heart and spleen heat accumulation. Methods 28 cases of children were treated with modified Liang- gesan, 1 agent a day, 5 days a course. The clinic effect was collected after 2 courses. Results 21 cases were cured （75%）, 5 cases improved （17.9%）, 2 cases invalid （7.1% ）. The total efficiency was 92.9%. Conclu- sion Modified Lianggesan can get good effect in treating heart and spleen heat accumulation syndrom of child aph- tha at low cost and without side effects, being worthy of clinical application. |
