个性化康复护理对糖尿病肾病患者血糖、血压水平及病情转归的影响

目的探讨个性化康复护理对糖尿病肾病患者血糖、血压水平及病情转归的影响。方法选取2017年8月～2018年8月在我院接受治疗的62例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上加用个性化康复护理,对两组患者护理前后的血糖、血压水平及转归情况进行综合评价。结果护理后观察组患者血糖、血压水平与对照组比较均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组护理后有效率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的70.79%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论个性化康复护理在糖尿病肾病中的应用,能够促进血糖、血压指标改善,值得推广应用。

Effect of personalized rehabilitation nursing on blood glucose level,blood pressure level and disease outcome in the patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the effect of personalized rehabilitation nursing on blood glucose level,blood pressure level and disease outcome of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was further given personalized rehabilitation nursing care on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,blood pressure levels and disease outcomes in both groups before and after nursing care were comprehensively evaluated.Results After nursing,the blood glucose and blood pressure levels in the observation group were improved compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate after nursing in the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that of 70.97%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized rehabilitation nursing in diabetic nephropathy can promote the improvement of blood sugar and blood pressure indicators,which is worthy of popularization and application.
