加速康复外科治疗护理措施对肝癌患者术后恢复的影响

目的?探讨加速康复外科治疗护理措施对肝癌患者术后恢复的影响。方法?选取2014 年7 月～2018 年8 月间65 例肝癌患者在本院行手术治疗,其中32 例患者接受加速康复外科治疗护理措施（加速康复组）,其余33 例患者接受常规治疗护理措施（对照组）。比较两组患者术后肠功能恢复时间、排便时间、进食半流质时间、术后住院时间和术后并发症等。结果?加速康复组术后肠功能恢复时间（h）[（20.14±9.24）vs.（32.22±10.25）,P=0.0000],排便时间（h）[（30.27±9.39）vs.（42.25±11.36）,P=0.0000],进食半流质时间（h）[（36.14±11.66）vs.（50.28±12.68）,P=0.0000],术后住院时间（d）[（9.27±2.57）vs.（12.24±3.24）,P=0.0000]均较对照组明显缩短。加速康复组术后泌尿系感染的发生率明显低于对照组[2/32（6.25%）vs.7/33（21.21%）,P=0.0353]。结论 加速康复外科治疗护理措施能显著促进肝癌患者术后恢复,减少并发症发生率。

Effect of enhanced recovery after surgery on postoperative recovery of liver cancer patients

Objective?To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery on postoperative recovery of liver cancer patients.Methods?From July 2014 to August 2018,65 patients with liver cancer were given surgical treatment in our hospital.Among them,32 patients were given accelerated rehabilitation nursing (accelerated rehabilitation group),and the remaining 33 patients were given routine nursing measures(control group).The postoperative intestinal function recovery time,defecation time,half-liquid consumption time,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results?The recovery time of intestinal function (h) (20.14±9.24 vs.32.22±10.25,P=0.0000),defecation time (h)(30.27±9.39 vs.42.25±11.36,P=0.0000),intake of semi-liquid food time (h)(36.14±11.66 vs.50.28±12.68,P=0.0000),and postoperative hospital stay (d) (9.27±2.57 vs.12.24±3.24,P=0.0000) was significantly shorter in the accelerated rehabilitation group than in the control group.The incidence of urinary tract infection in the accelerated rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[2/32(6.25%) vs.7/33 (21.21%),P=0.0353].Conclusion?Accelerated rehabilitation nursing measures can significantly promote postoperative recovery of liver cancer patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
