不同种类他汀药物对慢性硬膜下血肿治疗的临床效果研究

目的探讨不同种类他汀药物对慢性硬膜下血肿治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年8月～2019年8月在我院进行治疗的慢性硬膜下血肿患者60例为研究对象,按照接诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组选择40 mg/d的阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组选择40 mg/d的辛伐他汀治疗。对比两组硬膜下血肿吸收时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组硬膜下血肿吸收时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针对慢性硬膜下血肿患者,采用40 mg/d的阿托伐他汀治疗,可促进患者神经功能的恢复,改善患者生活质量,取得极佳的治疗效果,加快患者康复速度,减轻不良反应发生率,安全有效,具有临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of different kinds of statins on the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different kinds of statins on the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods Sixty patients with chronic subdural hematoma who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity of the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with 40 mg/d atorvastatin and the control group was treated with 40 mg/d simvastatin.The subdural hematoma absorption time,therapeutic effect,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group (73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The subdural hematoma absorption time of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group (10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic subdural hematoma,40 mg/d atorvastatin can promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the quality of life of patients,achieve excellent therapeutic effect,speed up the recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.The treatment is safe and effective and has clinical application value.
