| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨新生儿窒息使用空氧混合仪（nCPAP）面罩正压给氧的效果。方法：对128例新生儿窒息分别给予空氧混合仪面罩吸氧和鼻导管吸氧进行回顾性分析。结果：空氧混合仪面罩吸氧较之鼻导管吸氧抢救新生儿窒息显效快,可有效地预防窒息加重,减少窒息并发症的发生,明显降低新生儿窒息死亡率。结论：空氧混合仪面罩吸氧抢救新生儿窒息效果优于鼻导管吸氧。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of continuous positive airway pressure with the face mask inspiration of oxygen-air mixer to neonatal asphyxia.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 128 cases of neonatal asphyxia treated with oxygen-air mixer or nasaloxygen inspiration.Results Oxygen-air mixer is better than nasaloxygen inspiration and can lighten asphyxia,reduce complications and death rate of asphyxia.Conclusion Face mask oxygen inspiration of oxygen-air mixer is better than nasaloxygen inspiration. |
