| 摘 要： | 目的:颈内动脉闭塞作为一种头伤并发症临床罕见,认识其重要性是必要的。方法:本文报告了3例创伤性颈内动脉闭塞病人,并结合文献对诊断病程和处理方法进行了讨论。结果:尽管对此3例病人提供了各种支持治疗,但其结局仍然是灾难性的。结论:早期采取适当的处理有可能改善这一并发症的自然过程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: Internal carotid artery occlusion as a result of a head injury is rare and recogni-tion of the importance of this complication in head injury patients are necessary to all neurologist. Methods:Three patients with traumatic ICA occlusion are described in detail .The diagnosisclinical course and management of this condition are disscussed with reference in the literetures.ResultsIn three patients even though supportive therepy was all that could be offered but the outcome was catas-bophic. Conclusion:It may be possible to improve the natural history of this condition with appropriateearly intervention. |
