整体护理程序在无痛胃镜检查中的应用探讨

目的：探讨整体护理程序在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法：将我院胃镜科2009年5月——2010年4月参加无痛胃镜检查的病人780例分为两组,实验组390人按照整体护理程序给予生理、心理、社会全面护理,而对照组仅按常规进行宣教配合。比较两组患者术前紧张焦虑程度,术中生命体征变化,术后满意度。结果：实验组术前紧张焦虑程度较对照组明显降低,而两组术中生命体征变化差异无统计学意义（p〉0.05）。实验组术后满意度较对照组高。结论：在无痛胃镜检查中应用整体护理程序能有效地减轻患者术前的紧张焦虑情绪,提高患者满意度。

Investigating application of the whole care program in painless gastroscopy
