胃食管反流病与耳鼻咽喉常见疾病的关系

胃食管反流病是临床常见病,常同时合并有慢性顽固性耳鼻咽喉科疾病。目前公认的最有效的诊断方法仍然是质子泵抑制剂治疗试验。胃食管反流与咽喉慢性炎症有明确致病关系,经抑酸治疗有效;与喉癌及癌前病变缺乏前瞻性研究;与睡眠呼吸暂停综合征间互有因果联系;与慢性鼻窦炎关系密切,但尚有异议;是分泌性中耳炎发病诱因之一。高度怀疑与胃食管反流有关的患者应进行24h食管pH测定、食管压力监测、内镜等检查,一旦确诊应及时进行治疗。

Patients with high suspicion of GERD should undertake 24 hours,pH test for oesophagus,oesophagus pressure monitor,endoscope and etc. If the diagnosis is confirmed,proper measures should be taken.
