全子宫切除患者焦虑相关因素调查分析及护理

目的:探讨全子宫切除患者焦虑的相关因素。方法:对我院住院100例全子宫切除患者进行问卷调查。结果:大多数患者都存在不同程度的焦虑,其焦虑程度与患者对疾病的了解程度、医疗费用、文化程度等有关。结论:对全子宫切除患者的焦虑程度进行分析,并采取相应护理措施,降低其焦虑程度,以利于早日康复。

Analysis on factors causing anxiety and nursing of the patients with total hysterectomy

Objective: To study the relative factors causing anxiety of the patients with total hysterectomy. Methods: The questionnaire was conducted to 100 patients with total hysterectomy in IPD. Results: Most of the patients suffered anxiety more or less, and the degree of anxiety diversified by the knowledge of illness, learning of medical cost and education. Conclusion: The proper nursing methods was applied according to the analysis on relative factors causing anxiety to decrease the degree of anxiety and promote patient's recovery.
