| 摘 要： | 目的：分析探讨恶性淋巴上皮病的诊断和治疗。方法：复习我科20多年来收治的16例恶性淋巴上皮病的发病、治疗方法和预后。结果：恶性淋巴上皮病最初常与良性淋巴上皮病相混淆，若治疗不彻底可复发，甚至远处转移。结论：正确诊断恶性淋巴上皮病，彻底切除病变及周围腺体，并配合局部放疗，患者预后较好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of malignant lymphoepithelial lesion (MLEL). Methods: Incidence, treatment and prognosis of 16 MLEL patients in our department in the past 20 years were reviewed. Results: The MLEL was often confused with benign lymphoepithelial lesion and relapse and remote metastasis would occur if not treated thoroughly. Conclusion: Correct diagnosis, thorough resection of the lesion as well as peripheral glands combine with local radiation therapy can result in acceptable prognosis. |
