急性冠状动脉综合征患者oxLDL和CRP的变化及其相关性

目的观察急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)不同类型患者氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)水平的变化及其与C反应蛋白(CRP)之间的关系,探讨两者在ACS发病中的作用和临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定ACS组(n=95)和正常对照组(n=66)血浆oxLDL和CRP的水平。结果ACS组oxLDL和CRP水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);ACS患者血浆oxLDL水平与CRP呈显著正相关(r=0.622,P<0.01)。结论ACS患者血浆oxLDL和CRP水平均明显升高,且呈显著正相关;升高的水平可以作为病情严重程度判断的指标之一。

Relationship between oxidized low density lipoprotein and C-reactive protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate the changes of oxidized low density lipoprotein(oxLDL) and C-reactive protein(CRP) and their correlation in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and explore their roles in the pathogenesis of ACS. Methods The plasma levels of oxLDL and CRP were measured in 95 patients with ACS and 66 control subjects by ELISA. Results oxLDL and CRP levels were significantly higher in patients with ACS than those in control group(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the levels of oxLDL and CRP(r=0.622,P<0.01) Conclusion The plasma levels of oxLDL and CRP in patients with ACS are significantly increased and are positively correlated.The increased level may serve as an indictor of the disease severity.
