2008-2012年江苏省医疗机构制剂的现状分析

目的:了解江苏省医疗机构制剂的现状。方法:对江苏省2008-2012年医疗机构制剂的现状进行实证研究,分析其存在的问题。结果:自2008年以来,江苏省医疗机构注册制剂品种数呈减少趋势,由5 862个减少至4 274个。存在制剂室及制剂品种在各辖区发展不均衡、医疗机构制剂品种过多、中药制剂和化学药制剂比例不当、重复配制品种较多等问题。结论:只有加大研发资金投入、发挥中药优势和开发特色制剂、建立区域合作中心、精简制剂品种、不断开发新剂型,才是医疗机构制剂的出路。

Analysis of the Situation of Pharmaceutical Preparation in Medical Institutions of Jiangsu Province from 2008 to 2010

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the situation of pharmaceutical preparation in medical institutions of Jiangsu province. METHODS： In empirical study, the situation of pharmaceutical preparation in medical institutioils of Jiangsu province from 2008 to 2012 as well as the problems were analyzed. RESULTS： Since 200B, the varieties of registered pharmaceutical preparation were in decreasing tendency, reducing from 5 872 to 4 274. Preparation laboratories and varieties distributed unevenly in various cities; there were too many varieties of pharmaceutical preparations; the proportion of TCM preparations and chemical preparations had a gap; many medical institutions prepared the same preparations. CONCLUSIONS： For pharmaceutical preparations in medical insti- tutions, the best way out is to increase investment, produce the advantages of TCM, develop characteristic preparations, establish regional cooperation centers, streamline preparation varieties and develop new dosage forms.
