艾迪注射液对晚期癌症患者生活质量的影响

目的：观察艾迪注射液对晚期癌症患者的疗效和生活质量。方法：采用随机方法将40例晚期癌症患者分为两组，治疗组在化疗基础上加用艾迪注射液，对照组只采用化疗。对完成2个以上疗程的患者进行疗效、生活质量状况、毒副反应的比较。结果：有效率，治疗组与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；KPS评分治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；胃肠道反应、白细胞下降、血小板下降的发生率，治疗组均低于对照组，治疗组与对照组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：艾迪注射液配合化疗治疗晚期癌症能减轻药物毒性，提高疗效，改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of Aidi Injection on Life Quality in Patients With Advanced Cancer

Objective:To observe the efficacy of aidi injection in treating and improving life quality in patients with advanced cancer.Methods:40 Patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into two groups;treatment group with chemotherapy and aidi injection,and control group with chemotherapy.After more than two courses of treatment,the status of life quality and toxic and adverse reaction in two groups were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in effective rate(P>0.05),but markedly difference in KPS scores(P<0.05) between two groups.The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction,decreased white cell and platelet was lower in treatment group than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy is effective in lessen toxicity of medicine,improving therapeutic efficacy and life quality.
