1989年～2009年河北省艾滋病流行病学资料分析

目的分析河北省艾滋病流行特征并预测其流行趋势,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法利用艾滋病疫情报告,分析全省1989～2009年的艾滋病疫情。结果至2009年底,全省发现本省籍HIV/AIDS1635例,男1032例,女603例,30～40岁年龄组报告的例数最多,占36.57%;在职业分布中农民最多,占54.74%;主要传播途径是经性传播,占41.04%,其次是经血液传播,占36.82%。结论河北省近年来艾滋病疫情发展迅速,经性传播引起的HIV/AIDS越来越多,需采取有效措施,遏制艾滋病的蔓延。

Analysis on HIV/AIDS Epidemic Data in Hebei Province During 1989 to 2009

Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic characteristics,and predict its trend in Hebei Province so as to provide scientific basis for controlling the transmission of HIV/AIDS.Methods The epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in Hebei Province during 1989 to 2009 was analyzed by using the epidemic report.Results By the end of 2009,1 635 infected cases of Hebei nationality,in which 1 032 cases were males and 603 cases were females,were found.The highest infected rate of HIV/AIDS cases were 36.57% in the 30～40 years of age group.The highest infected rate of occupation were famers which accounted for 54.74%.The major transmission means was by sex,which accounted for 41.04%,followed by blood transmission 36.82%.Conclusion The HIV/AIDS epidemic spreads rapidly in Hebei Province.More and more HIV/AIDS cases were by sexual transmission.Effective measures should be taken to control HIV/AIDS epidemic.
