| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅内动脉瘤栓塞术患者的围手术期护理。方法 2009年全年行颅内动脉瘤DSA栓塞术65例,对其围手术期的护理进行总结分析。结果本组死亡1例,其余均痊愈出院。结论针对脑动脉瘤的特点实施护理,护士密切观察病情变化,及时发现和避免并发症发生,促进患者早日康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of the patients treated by intracranial aneurysm embolization.Methods 65 patients treated by intracranial aneurysm embolization from neurosurgery department of the first affliliated of Anhui medical university in 2009 were summarized and the perioperative nursing were analyzed.Results All patients were discharged after recovery except one died.Conclusion For the characteristics of Intracranial Aneurysm,Careful and effective nursing can help detect and prevent complications timely,and speedy recovery of patients with intracranial aneurysm treated by embolization. |
