两种胰岛素强化治疗方案对磺脲类药物继发失效的2型糖尿病患者的短期疗效比较

目的评价两种胰岛素强化治疗方案对口服磺脲类药物继发失效的2型糖尿病患者疗效。方法将64例口服磺脲类药物继发失效的2型糖尿病患者随机分为A组（给予每天三次诺和锐＋睡前一次甘精胰岛素皮下注射）和B组（给予诺和锐30每天三次皮下注射），分别观察两组患者治疗后血糖达标的时间、血脂的改善、水肿发生率、体重增加程度、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生频率及医疗费用情况。结果两组治疗均能有效改善高血糖状态，改善脂代谢紊乱。但甘精胰岛素组血糖达标所需时间更短[（5．28±0．62）d VS（6．02±0．78）d，P〈0．053。结论磺脲类药物继发失效的2型糖尿病患者改用胰岛素强化治疗均能获得较好的疗效，使用甘精胰岛素血糖迭标更快，但医疗费用偏高。

Comparison of therapeutic effects of short-term intensive insulin treatments in type 2 diabetic patients
