| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区糖尿病患者糖尿病知识的掌握程度，以便开展针对性的健康教育。方法对虹口区乍浦社区内221例诊断明确的糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。结果221例糖尿病患者中知道空腹血糖正常值的占34．4％，知道糖尿病空腹血糖诊断标准的占31．8％，知道“食品交换法”的占19．4％，不清楚糖尿病危险因素的占15％。结论社区卫生服务中心应加强对糖尿病患者及其家属的糖尿病防治、生活方式和行为的健康教育及自我监护，从而有效地控制糖尿病，提高患者生活质量。
