| 摘 要： | 细胞移植是近几十年来发展较快的一种治疗神经系统疾病的方法,本文着重介绍了细胞移植在神经退行性疾病如帕金森病、Huntington病、癫痫等疾病的治疗现状,同时还介绍了基因工程和干细胞移植在中枢神经系统疾病治疗中的应用情况。

| Abstract: | Cell transplantation is a fast-developing method of treating central nervous system diseases in the past several years.This article introduces not only the present situation of cell transplantation in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson′s disease,Huntington′s disease,epilepsy and so on.Meanwhile,but also the clinical use of gene engineering and stem cell in the treatment of central nervous system diseases. |
