星蒌承气汤对实验性脑出血大鼠脑水肿及自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:
目的探讨星蒌承气汤治疗脑出血的作用机制。方法采用改良Nath法造模,然后分别给予星蒌承气汤及0.9%氯化钠注射液治疗,测定各组脑组织含水量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果星蒌承气汤组脑组织含水量显著低于模型组(P<0.05),丙二醛非常显著低于模型组(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶非常显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论星蒌承气汤有明显的抗脂质过氧化损伤作用,能降低脑组织MDA含量,提高脑组织SOD活性,减轻脑水肿。提示该药有抗自由基损伤作用。

Abstract:
Objective To research the metabolism Xinglou Chengqi Decoction on the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Method The model of cerebral hemorrhage were estabolished using modified Nath. 30 rats model of cerebral hemorrhage wer divided into three groups. Rats in NaCl injection group NaCl injection were taken. Rats in Xinglou Chengqi Decoction group Xinglou Chengqi Decoction were taken. Rats in control group nothing were taken. MDA, SOD and content of water in brain tissue were measured in three groups. Result MDA and content of water in brain tissue in Xinglou Chengqi Decoction group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). SOD in brain tissue in Xinglou Chengqi Decoction group were higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xinglou Chengqi Decoction has an effects of Anti-lipoperoxidation Injury. And it can decrease MDA in brain tissue.
