| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人工咽鼓管表面活性物质（eustachian tube surfactant,ETS)对气压损伤性中耳炎（barotitis media,BM)的治疗作用,为临床应用提供理论依据,方法 经低压舱上升实验建立气压损伤性中耳炎动物模型。成功建模豚鼠30只,于建模后的第1天,左侧中耳内注入1ml人工ETS治疗,右侧对照注1ml生理盐水。结果 1wk后观察鼓膜状况、鼓室渗出、听阈恢复,人工ETS组明显好转（P＜0．05）。结论 人工ETS对气压损伤性中耳炎具有治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment of barotitis media (BM) with artificial eustachian tube surfactant (ETS). Method Barotitis media models were successfully established in 30 guinea pigs by using the altitude chamber simulator. BM models were treated with artificial ETS. Result After 7 d of treatment, the congestion in drum membrane and the effusion in tympanic cavity and the hearing threshold of ETS group were improved(P<0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that artificial ETS have unequivocal therapeutic effects on BM. |
