| 摘 要： | 目的 研究下颌智齿拔除难度的影响因素.方法 收集213例下颌智齿拔除病例数据,应用多元线性逐步回归分析,探讨影响下颌智齿拔除难度的因素.结果 在选取15个因素中,描述智齿阻生程度的Pell-Gregory升支分类即根据智齿与下颌支及第二磨牙的关系而进行的分类(P=0.00＜0.01)、Pell-Gregory(牙合)平面分类即根据智齿最高点与下颌第二磨牙(牙合)平面间的关系而进行的分类(P=0.00＜0.01)和手术因素中的根折、去骨四个变量进入多因素逐步回归模型.结论 Pell-Gregory升支分类、Pell-Gregory(牙合)平面分类、根折和去骨四个变量对下颌智齿拔除难度有显著性影响,通过对该四个变量进行评估,可以分析下颌智齿拔除难度. |

| Abstract: | Objective To identify factors influencing extraction of mandibular third molar.Methods There were 213 mandibular third molars included in this study. Statistical analysis of multivariate stepwise linear regression were used to determine factors for difficulties of extraction.Results Among the fifteen factors, Pell-Gregory ramus classification (P=0.00<0.01), Pell-Gregory occlusal classification (P=0.00<0.01), root fracture (P=0.00<0.01) and bone removing (P=0.00<0.01) were entered into multivariate linear regression models.Conclusion Pell-Gregory ramus classification, Pell-Gregory occlusal classification, root fracture and bone removing were the factors associated with difficulties of extraction of mandibular third molar. |
