| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝郁汤治疗肝郁脾虚、心神不宁型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抑郁症的临床疗效。方法65例患者随机分为两组,均维持原有慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的基础治疗。中药组35例另给予肝郁汤治疗,西药组30例给予谷维素治疗,疗程8周。观察治疗前后中医证候、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、ALT的变化。结果肝郁汤能改善中医证候、降低抑郁和焦虑量表积分及ALT含量(P<0.01),且明显优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论肝郁汤治疗肝郁脾虚、心神不宁型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抑郁症疗效较好。
