胃癌组织中p21ras表达与氧自由基关系研究

目的　探讨在胃癌中 p2 1ras表达与氧自由基的关系。方法　选择胃癌和慢性浅表性胃炎患者各 30例 ,应用免疫组化、硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定组织中 p2 1ras表达和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量。结果　胃癌患者 p2 1ras表达和LPO含量明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎患者 (P <0 0 5 ) ;胃癌患者p2 1ras表达阳性者LPO含量高于p2 1ras表达阴性者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　p2 1ras、氧自由基与胃癌的发生相关 ,在胃癌组织中 p2 1ras与氧自由基有一定的相关性 ,可能在胃癌发病过程中二者之间存在相互作用。

Relationship study between p21ras expression and oxygen-derived free radicals in gastric carcinoma tissue

Objective It is to discuss the relationship between p21ras expression and oxygen-derived free radicals in gastric carcinoma.Methods 30 patients with gastric carcinoma and 30 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were chosen. The p21ras expression and lipid peroxide (LPO) content in tissue were mensurated with immunohistochemical and thio-barbituric acid colorimetric method.Results The p21ras expression and LPO content in gastric carcinoma patients were obviously higher than that in chronic superficial gastritis (P<0.05). The LPO content in gastric carcinoma patients with positive p21ras expression was higher than that in negative p21ras expression patients (P<0.05).Conclusion The p21ras and oxygen-derived free radicals are correlated with the occurrence of gastric carcinoma. The p21ras is correlated with oxygen-derived free radicals in gastric carcinoma tissue. There may be interaction between the two factors in attacking course of gastric carcinoma.
