| Abstract: | A 62‐year‐old man presented with small bowel obstruction due to volvulus that was caused by mesenteric cystic lymphangioma. Preoperative diagnosis of this rare benign pathology of the lymphatic system is almost impossible. Complete surgical removal is the treatment of choice. |
