| 摘 要： | 目的:探索中药治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的可行性.方法:将良性BPH 80例随机分成两组,治疗组40例接受益肾通淋与清热化瘀法治疗,对照组40例口服非那雄胺治疗.观察两组用药前后IPSS症状评分、B超检查前列腺大小、残余尿的变化情况.结果:两组治疗方法均能使患者排尿困难症状得以改善,IPSS症状评分明显下降,B超检查示前列腺体积变小,残余尿明显减少,治疗前后差异有显著性意义.提示BPH与肾虚、瘀血有密切关系.结论:采用益肾通淋与清热化瘀法治疗BPH确有疗效. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the feasibility of T.C.M. m treating benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods:80 cases were randomly chosen and divided into 2 groups,treatment group treated by Yishentonglin and Qingrehuayu methods(n=40), control group by fmasteride. Then to compare and observe the evaluating indexes before and after treatment,such as IPSS, B-US and the volume of left urine m prostate. Results: In both groups after treatment, the syndrome of difficultly excreting urine got relieved, the total cent of IPSS reduced significantly, and the volume of prostate and left urine were reduced significantly,which were obviously different from those before treatment. Conclusion:BPH is obvious related to deficiency in kidney and blood stasis. Treating BPH with Yishentonglin and Qmgrehuayu methods has a better curative effect. |
