| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了国内外对良性阵发性位置性眩晕( BPPV )的研究历程, 提出了三个重要的突破: 对BPPV高发病率的充分认识; 手法复位治疗取得了良好效果; BPPV诊断治疗设备的诞生。文章对BPPV的诊断与复位治疗的方法和进展进行讨论, 介绍了BPPV 诊疗系统的基本构成和功能, 该系统进行全自动化的诱发试验和定位定量定速复位治疗的基本方法及其优势。介绍了后半规管和前半规管360b的合理化复位方法。提出了今后对BPPV研究的方向和任务。 |
