| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的围手术期处理。方法手术治疗61例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,围手术期完善各项检查,中西医结合围手术期全程干预。结果 61例在围手术期中西医结合处理后均顺利完成手术,术后出现并发症患者8例。结论围手术期中西医结合处理可以提高手术安全性,减少术后并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of perioperative period.Methods Around perioperative period,61 cases of surgical treatment perfect the check,and is integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Results 61 cases are successfully completed in surgery,and the postoperatie complications is 9 patients.Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine can improve the operation safety and reduce the postoperative complications. |
