| Abstract: | This paper presented with an overview of central vertigo based on relevant publications worldwide and personal expertise.The mechanisms,common causes,sites of lesions and common disorders were illustrated.The definition and diagnostic clues of central vertigo,as well as the key points for differential diagnosis against peripheral vertigo,were also elucidated. |
