头晕和眩晕是临床上较为常见的主诉,严重影响患者学习工作及社会生活。对于眩晕患者,最重要的是进行病因诊断及鉴别诊断。明确患者眩晕的病因后,方能进行有针对性的进一步检查和治疗。文章主要就中枢性和周围性眩晕的临床特点以及中枢性和周围性眩晕常见的疾病进行介绍。

The differential diagnosis of peripheral and central vertigo

Dizziness and vertigo are chief complaints that can be fairly common in clinical settings and both have serious impacts on schooling,work,social activities and daily life of the victims.For patients with vertigo,etiological diagnosis and differential diagnosis are of greatest importance.Further workups and treatments can be given accordingly only when the cause of vertigo is identified.This study mainly introduced the clinical features and common diseases of peripheral and central vertigo.
