Clinical Observation of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris with Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis Type after PCI

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis after PCI.Methods:80 patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the principle of random control,40 cases each group.The control group was treated with standardized western medicine and the treatment group was treated with routine western medicine combined with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.After 2-week treatment,the Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale Score(SAQ),the efficacy of TCM syndromes,and the efficacy of electrocardiogram of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The SAQ in the two groups was improved compared with the previous one(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the efficacy of electrocardiogram between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of application of western medicine,modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris with qi stagnation and blood stasis type after PCI can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
