神经外科病房护士焦虑情绪及影响因素的调查与分析

目的 探讨不同工龄,是否翻班,不同婚姻状况,不同学历等情况的神经外科护士是否存在焦虑情绪,以及在焦虑自评量表中表现出的不同焦虑症状及其影响因素。方法 对34名神经外科护士使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行问卷调查,并将该量表拆分成三个维度进行各项比较。结果 神经外科护士在焦虑自评量表中的得分高于全国常模,不同工龄神经外科护士,在躯体及精神症状上比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。翻班护士与不翻班护士在精神症状上比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余几项比较均无显著差异。结论 神经外科护士普遍存在焦虑情绪,但因为不同情况的护士表现出的焦虑症状及其影响因素不同,故可以产生不同的更有针对性的干预措施,以缓解神经外科护士的焦虑情绪。

Analysis of anxiety and relating factors in nurses of neurosurgery

Objective: By using Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ), the questionnaires from the nurses working in the department of neurosurgery are retrospectively analyses for the anxiety states. Methods: 34 cases questionnaires are collected from the nurses who are working in the neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit and ward. The cases are classified and analyses according to several anxiety relating factors such as neurosurgical career time, professional education level, with or without marriage, frequency in working shift etc. These factors are statistically analyses and evaluated in the performance in the SAS.Results: Comparing to the average scores of common people, there are higher SAS scores shown in the group of 34 nurses in the neurosurgery. The group of different neurosurgical career, in the physical and psychological complaints of anxiety scale. The group of the nurses with shift working time has more psychological symptons of anxiety state than the group of the nurses without shift working time. No obvious differences are found in the physical symptons and the quality of sleepness. The marriage and professional education level have no differences between these groups in the nurses of neurosurgery. Conclusion: there are anxiety states in the nurses of neurosurgery. According to different working time and career period, anxiey of physical and psychological symptons is shown in such population.
