重庆市男性艾滋病知识知晓率的调查及分析

目的了解重庆市乡镇及城市男性艾滋病知识的知晓情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样,于2009年11-12月对重庆市4个区(九龙坡区、渝中区、大渡口区、巴南区)共760人进行了艾滋病知识的问卷调查。结果重庆市乡镇及城市的男性对艾滋病知识都有一定的了解,对艾滋病知识的总体知晓率为76.40%,其中对艾滋病传播途径知识的知晓率为84.00%,非传播途径知识的知晓率为68.50%,对"一个看上去健康的人有可能携带艾滋病病毒吗?"知晓率为70.10%;农民对艾滋病知识的知晓率只有59.80%,低于其他职业的人群,其艾滋病知识的得分也最低(5.98±2.89)。结论重庆市男性人群对艾滋病知识掌握程度不够全面,非传播途径知识的知晓率较低;高年龄组、低文化程度仍然是影响男性艾滋病知识知晓率的一个重要因素。

The Investigation and Analysis of Male Awareness Rate on AIDS Knowledge in Chongqing

Objective To understand the status of AIDS knowledge awareness among the male in both urban and rural areas in Chongqing. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted during November to December 2009 among 760 persons selected in 4 districts in Chongqing (Jiulongpo District, Yuzhong District, Dadukou District, Banan District) by the method of multi-stage stratified random sampling. Results The male both in the urban and rural areas of Chongqing had a certain amount of knowledge on AIDS. The overall awareness rate was 76.40%. The awareness rate on HIV transmission route was 84.00% and the non transmission route was 68.50%. The awareness rate of "Is it possible that the one who looks healthy is a HIV-infected person?" was 70.10%. The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS among famers is only 59.80%, which is much lower than men working in other fields. And they got the lowest score (5.98±2.89). Conclusion The health education on HIV/AIDS is not enough of the men in Chongqing.The awareness rate of the non-transmission route is lower. Older age and less education are still important factors influencing the AIDS knowledge awareness.
