肺部疾病中胸腔镜手术的应用研究

目的探讨胸腔镜手术在肺部疾病中的疗效。方法回顾性分析两年来电视胸腔镜手术治疗的15例患者的临床资料,并与同期的25例传统开胸手术作比较。结果经比较,VATS组手术时间、失血量、术后胸腔引流管放置时间和住院时间均明显短于传统开胸手术组,手术效果满意,无并发症发生。结论电视胸腔镜手术具有创伤小、出血少、手术时间短、康复快、风险小、疗效可靠及术后并发症少等优点,是值得临床推广、安全有效的治疗方法。

Utility of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of lung diseases

Objective To evalutate the effects of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of lung diseases.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for 15 patients treated with VATS and 25 patients treated with classical open thoracotomy in the past 2 years.Results The surgery time,hemorrhagicvolume,preserving time of tympanic cavity drainage tube and length of stay of the VATS group were respectively shorter than those of the open thoracotomy group.No complicating diseases occurred in the VATS group.Conclusion VATS is a better treatment method with less injury,less hemorragcvolume,shorter surgery time,fast recovery,less danger,less complicating diseases and better prognosis than open thoracotomy.Utility of VATS will favor the patients with lung diseases.
