中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿疗效分析

目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的疗效。方法将66例肺气肿患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例,对照组使用常规的西医对症治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗基础上,同时给予补肺活血胶囊及生脉注射液进行中医固本治疗。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为90.9%,明显高于对照组的72.7%,疗效较好。结论单纯常规治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿,没有中西医结合在对症的同时固本清源的效果好,中西医结合对于肺气肿有良好的治疗效果。

Curative effect of chinese and western medicine combination for chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema

Objective In order to explore the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment effect for chronic obstructive emphysema. Methods 66 confirmed chronic obstructive emphysema patients were divided into observation group and treatment group. 33 observation group patients were treated by the normal western medicine . The treatment group patients were treated not only by the normal western medicine,but also by the Repair the lung live a blood capsule and the pulse-activating injection. We observed the treatment effect and analyzed the results. Results 90.2% of the patients in the treatment group were cured,which was obviously higher than the cured rate of the observation group 72.7%. We achieved a good effect. Conclution As for the chronic obstructive emphysema,the treatment effect for chronic obstructive emphysema by the combination of chinese traditional and western medicine was better than only by normal western medicine. In a word,the combination of chinese traditional and western medicine has achieved a good effect in curing chronic obstructive emphysema.
