输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术的围手术期护理

目的 总结经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的围殴手术期护理对策,以此指导和改进临床护理工作,以及为弹道碎石治疗的护理理论做补充.方法 采用直接进镜法对520例输尿管结石患者进行经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石和取石治疗.结果 成功率为100%.所有患者无出现并发症.结论 加强术前病人心理护理是手术成功的前提,术后留置尿管及输尿管导管,术后严密观察生命体征,保持引流通畅,预防感染等并发症是手术成功的保证.

Peri-operative Nursing Care on Baric Ballistic Lithotrity Care By Ureteroscope

Obijective To summarize are peri-operative nursing intervention of baric ballistic lithotrity by ureteroscope so that clinical care was directed and improved for compliment of nursing theory of ballistic lithotrity. Methods By driect entrance method, 520 patients with ureteral calculus were treated with baric ballistic lithotrity, and calculus removed. Results The success rate was 100% , No patients occurred to complications. Conclusion The strengthening of psychological nursing before operation was the precondition for success of operation. The ureter and catheter were settled after operation. The vital signs after operation were observed closely. The drainage tube Was kept unobstructed and prevention and other complications was prevented. The was the guarantees for success to operation.
