| 摘 要： | 在建立人外周血液淋巴细胞β受体放射配基结合分析法的基础上,观察了35名老年人外周血淋巴细胞β受体系统的变化。发现老年人的β受体B_(max)值明显低于青年人,其淋巴细胞对异丙肾上腺素刺激的反应性及腺苷酸环化酶活力均告降低。 |

| Abstract: | A method for determination of beta-adrenoceptor on the intact human blood lymphocytes by radiol- igand binding assay has been established. Changes in beta-adrenoceptor system in blood lymphocytes from 35 aged people were investigated and compared with those of the youth. The results showed that the Bmax of beta adrenoceptor of the aged group was reduced significantly as compared with the youth's. The responsiveness of lymphocytes to isoproterenol and the activity of lymphocyte adenylate cyclase were also decreased in the aged. The significance of the findings was discussed briefly. |
