| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察克纤胶囊的免疫作用。方法 :以腹腔注射环磷酰胺 (CY )引起的免疫抑制小鼠为模型 ,用克纤胶囊灌胃 ,并以大黄蛰虫丸为阳性对照药 ,观察克纤胶囊对小鼠血清溶菌酶含量、溶血素抗体形成 ,以及迟发型超敏反应—鼠足垫肿胀试验等非特异性、特异性免疫功能的影响。结果 :克纤胶囊可不同程度地提高小鼠血清溶菌酶含量、溶血素抗体形成以及迟发型超敏反应。结论 :克纤胶囊可明显提高免疫功能 ,能逆转环磷酰胺(CY)的免疫抑制作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Kexian Capsule in immunopharmacological effects.Methods:The model of mice immunosuppression was established by introperitoneal medication of cyclophosphamide.Conparing with control group of Dahuang Zhachong capsule,Kexian Capsule was introgastric injection to inspect the content of the mice serum lysozyme and transform of antibody in serum hemolysin as well as the delayed hypersensitivity mice plantar swelling test,which were nonspecific and specific reactions.Results:The content of mice serum lysozyme,transform of antibldy in serum hemolysin as well as the delayed hypersensitivity was improved in different degree.Conclusion:Kexian capsule can obviously improved mice immunological effects and revers the immunosuppression caused by cyclophosphamide. |
