| 摘 要： | 损害控制外科是近年来国外在严重创伤救治领域中提出的一种新的治疗模式，该概念的提出对提高严重创伤的救治成功率产生了积极的影响。笔者就该概念的定义、病理生理学基础、病人选择的标准以及通常的实施步骤进行了如下较为详细的阐述。
