腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2011年1月至2012年12月74例经腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术患者的临床资料,观察术中出血量、手术时间及术后并发症等指标。结果 74例均顺利完成手术。平均术中出血量(110±25)mL,平均手术时间为(100±20)min,平均术后住院5~8d,无严重并发症发生。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术创伤小,术后恢复快,使阴式子宫切除的应用范围大大增加。

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy

Objective The. effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy clinical application value. Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2011 to 2012 December 74. cases of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in patients with clinical data, bleeding complications, operation time and postoperative indexes were observed. Results 74 cases were successfully completed operation. The average amount of bleeding during the operation （110± 25）mL, the mean operation time was （100±20）rain, the mean postoperative stay was 5-8 days, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy has small trauma, faster postoperative recovery, the scope of application of the vaginal hysterectomy was greatly increased.
