优质护理服务模式在神经外科病房中的应用

目的研究优质护理服务模式在神经外科病房中的应用效果。方法采用病例对照研究的方法，以神经外科病房的124例患者为研究对象，随机分成干预组和对照组，干预组实行优质护理服务，对照组实行常规护理，研究两组的护理服务质量及患者满意度。结果优质护理线与常规护理组比较在医院制度考核（t=4．292，P=0．041）、护理文书考核（t=3．975，P=0．042）、护理安全考核（t=3．095，P=0．045）、药品安全考核（t=1．006，P=0．085）、总考核得分（t=7．965，P=0．031）等指标方面均具有显著的优势；干预组心理护理满意度为96．77％，明显高于对照组的85．48％（X2=4．888，P=0．027）；干预组总体满意度为95．16％，明显高于对照组的83．87％（x。=4．411，P=0．040）。结论优质护理服务模式能够有效提高护理服务质量和患者满意度，值得在临床护理中运用和推广．

Application of high quality nursing service mode in the neurosurgical unit

Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing service mode in the neurosurgical unit. Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients in the neurosurgical unit were selected as the research objects by us- ing case control study method, and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The patients in the intervention group were implemented high quality nursing service, while the patients in the control group were im- plemented routine nursing. The nursing service quality and patient＇s satisfaction of the two groups were studied. Re- suits Compared with the routine nursing group, the indicators of high quality nursing service mode had significant ad- vantages in the hospital system assessment （t = 4.2924O = 0.041）, nursing document examination（t = 3.975, p=0.042）, nursing safety assessment （t = 3.095,P = 0.045）, drug safety assessment（t = 1.006, P = 0.085）, total assessment score （t = 7.9654~ = 0.031）; The psychological nursing satisfaction and overall satisfaction in the intervention group was 96.77%, 95.16% respectively, while those in the control group was 85.48%, 83.87% respectively, and the psychologi- cal nursing satisfaction and overall satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group （X^2=4.888,P = 0.027, X^2=-4.411 ,P = 0.040）. Conclusion High quality nursing service mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing service and patient＇ s satisfaction, and it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical nursing.
