| 摘 要： | 目的观察分析早期肠内营养对老年慢性呼吸系统疾病患者院内感染影响的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的COPD患者91例。随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者采用早期肠内营养治疗护理；对照组采用常规的护理治疗，给予完全静脉营养支持。结果两组患者治疗后各项营养指标、医院感染率、使用抗生素的时间比较，差异具有_、显著性（P〈0．05）。结论对于老年COPD患者给予早期的肠内营养支持能够有效改善其营养情况，提高患者自身的免疫能力，降低医院感染发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the analysis of early enteral nutrition in elderly patients with chronic respiratory dis- eases affect the clinical efficacy of nosocomial infections. Methods COPD patients in our hospital a total of 91 cases. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control groups, the observation group were treated with enteral nutrition therapy care; care control group with conventional treatment given total parenteral nutritional support. Results After treatment, the nutrition indicators, hospital infection, use of antibiotics in time, the difference was signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions For elderly COPD patients given early enteral nutritional support can effectively improve the patient＇s nutritional status and improve the patient＇s own immune system, reduce the incidence of nosocomial in- fection. |
