胸腺肽联合乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

目的　观察胸腺肽联合乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法　胸腺肽加乙肝疫苗联合组 3 0例 ,胸腺肽 2 0mg口服 ,每日 1次 ,乙肝疫苗 1 5 μg肌注 ,1次/1 5d;乙肝疫苗组 3 0例 ,单独注射乙肝疫苗 1 5 μg,1次/1 5d;护肝组 2 0例 ,用甘利欣或复方丹参注射液静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,疗程 3个月 ,口服联苯双脂、益肝灵。疗程为 6个月。结果　HBeAg/抗HBe转换率联合组 46.7% ,乙肝疫苗组 2 0 % ,联合组比后两组具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。HBV DNA阴转率联合组 60 % ,乙肝疫苗组 2 0 % ,护肝组 5 % ,(P <0 .0 1 )。结论　胸腺肽联合乙肝疫苗治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效满意。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with Combination of Thymosin and Hepatitis B Vaccine

Objective To observe the effect on chronic hepatitis B with combinat ion of thymosin and hepatitis B vaccine. Methods 30 cases of combining group(tre ated with thymosin and hepatitis B vaccine).30 cases of hepatitis B vaccine and 20 cases of liver protecting group (treated only with common liver protecting me dicine) were observed for 6 months. Results The rate of exch ang of HBeAg/Anti-H Be in combining group, in hepatitis B vaccine group and in live protecting group were 46.7%,20% and 5% respectively. The combining group had significant differe nce compared with the latter. HBV-DNA negative rate in combining group was 60% , in hepatitis B vaccine group 20%,in live protecting group 5%(P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of thymosin and hepatitis B vaccine to treat chronic hepatitis B could get satisfactory effect.
