卡维地洛对不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及心率变异性的影响

目的观察卡维地洛对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者的疗效及心率变异性的影响。方法 102例UAP患者随机分为卡维地洛组52例和对照组50例,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予卡维地洛片口服。疗程均为6个月。分别在治疗前及治疗6个月后观察心绞痛、心电图、心血管事件发生情况及心率变异性指标的变化。结果治疗6个月后,卡维地洛组总有效率显著高于对照组(90.4%vs 64.0%,P<0.05);各心率变异性参数较治疗前及对照组均显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);6个月内心血管事件发生率显著低于对照组(11.5%vs 36.0%,P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛治疗UAP安全有效,并能提高其心率变异性,减少心血管事件的发生。

Effects of carvedilol on the efficacy and heart rate variability in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of carvedilol on the heart rate variability in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods Totally 102 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into carvedilol treatment group（52 cases） and control group（50 cases）,of which were given conventional therapy,while the treatment group were given carvedilol tablet on the basis of conventional drug therapy.The treatment course of 2 groups were 6 months.The angina attack,ECG,the incidence of cardiovascular events and the change of heart rate variability indicators were observed before and 6 months after treatment.Results After 6 months treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（90.4%vs 64.0%,P0.05）.The parameters of heart rate variability in the treatment group were significantly improved,which compared with before treatment and the control group（P0.05,P0.01）.The incidence of cardiovascular events was significantly lower than that of the control group in the 6 month period（11.5%vs.36.0%,P0.05）.Conclusion It demonstrated that the carvedilol for treatment unstable angina was safe and effective,with improving the heart rate variability and reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events.
