摘 要: | 目的:考察表面处理过的纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化锆加入牙科复合树脂后显微结构的变化。方法:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化锆并进行表面处理,在牙科复合树脂中分别加入纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化锆,应用扫描电镜观察其显微结构并用X-线能谱分析其成分。结果:扫描电镜显示纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化锆均匀分布在牙科复合树脂中,X-线能谱分析显示纳米材料含量分别为8.59%和7.55%。结论:经过表面处理的纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化锆能够均匀的渗入牙科复合树脂中。

Study on micro-structure of the nano enforced dental composite resin |

Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate micro-structure change after dental composite resin mixed with nano TiO2 and nano ZrO2. Methods:TiO2 and ZrO2 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method and decorated. These particles were added into dental composite resin respectively. Then their micro-structures were observed by SEM and compositions were analyzed by X ray electron probe. Results: SEM showed that nano TiO2 and nano ZrO2 were distributed into dental composite resin evenly and X ray electron probe showed the components of nano materials were 8.59% and 7.55% respectively. Conclusion: Decorated nano TiO2 and nano ZrO2 could be permeated into dental composite resin evenly. |
