电位仪在线滴定饮用水中耗氧量方法的研究

摘    要:
[目的]获得一种方便、准确和灵敏测定水中耗氧量的检测方法。[方法]样品经水浴加热后,使用796型电位滴定仪(带717型自动进样器)在线滴定饮用水中耗氧量。[结果]选用MET电位滴定模式,高、中、低不同含量耗氧量精密度测定结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%-3.4%;不同浓度参考样测定结果经u检验,测定结果与标定值一致(P>0.05),电位滴定法与标准方法间对同一样品的测定结果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。[结论]电位仪在线滴定方法测定饮用水中耗氧量,结果准确可靠,自动化程度高,适用于大批量日常检测工作的开展。

Abstract:
[Objective] To establish a method for one - line determination of oxygen consumption in drinking water. [Methods] After boiling,the samples were detected by 796 titroprocessor with 717 sample changer. [Results] Using monotonic equivalence point ti-tration,the relative SD of the samples from low to high level was 2.4% - 3.4% . The difference between the detected value and given value of standard matters was not significant (P > 0.05) . For the same sample, the results detected by the two methods of titroprocessing and manual analysis were not significant ( P > 0.05).
