小木通的化学成分

摘    要:目的:系统研究小木通的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和中低压制备色谱等技术分离小木通的化学成分,利用理化性质和波谱法鉴定其结构.结果:从小木通中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为4,7-二甲氧基-5-甲基-香豆素(1),异松脂素(2),松脂素(3),(+)-2-(3,4 -dimethoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo3,3,0]octane (4),matairesinol (5),落叶松脂素(6),justieiresinol(7),丁香脂素(8),鹅掌楸苷(9),3-甲氧基-对苯二酚-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),3,5-二甲氧基-对苯二酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11).结论:除了化合物9外,其余10个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective : To study the chemical constituents of Clematis armandii. Method: The constituents were separated and purified on the chromatography of silica gel, Sephardex LH20 and RP silica gel; their structures were elucidated on the spectra data. Result: Eleven compounds were identified as siderin (1), epipinoresinol (2), pinoresinol (3), (+)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo octane (4), matairesinol (5), lariciresinol (6), justieiresinol (7), syringaresinol (8), liriodendrin (9), tachioside (10), koaburaside (11). Conclusion: Ten compounds were isolated from C. armandii for the first time except compound 9.
