摘    要:目的:研究藏药甘青乌头Aconitum tanguticum的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶,SephadexLH-20凝胶,ODS,制备液相等多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离纯化,通过多种波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构.结果:从甘青乌头大极性部位分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-半乳糖苷]-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷] -7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2),山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(3),龙胆苦苷(4),吐叶醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),二氢吐叶醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),3,4-二羟基-苯乙醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7).结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents isolated from the whole plant of Aconitum tanguticum.Method:Chemical constituents were isolated and purified from the title plant by using a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and preparative HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques including 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,2D-NMR,and ESI-MS.Result: Seven compounds were isolated from this plant and their structures were identified as kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-galactopyranoside]-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside]-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2),kaempferol 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3),gentiopicroside(4),vomifoliol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),dihydrovomifoliol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6) and 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
