西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的：了解西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法：将60例抑郁症患者随机入组，分为西酞普兰组和阿米替林组．各30例，西酞普兰组最高剂量20～50mg／d，阿米替林组最高剂量100～300mg／d，采用HAMD、CGL、TESS量表，在用药前及用药后2、4、6、8周末评定比较。结果：西酞普兰组和阿米替林组疗效相当，稍优于阿米替林．但差异无显著性（P〈0．05），不良反应西酞普兰以食欲减退，恶心、呕吐为主，阿米替林以口干、便秘、视物模糊、排尿困难、头昏、无力及心电图异常为主。结论：西酞普兰治疗抑郁症疗效较优，不良反应少，使用安全。

A comparative study of citalopram and amitriptyline in treating on patients with major depression

Objective:To study the curative effects of citalopram by comparing citalopram with amitriptyline in treating depression.Methods:60 patients with major depression were divided randomly into two groups:citalopram group and amitriptyline group.The does of amitriptyline group were 100~300mg/d,the does of citalopram group were 20~60 mg/d.HAMD,CGI,TESS were evaluated before treatment and at the end of 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment.Results: The effects of citalopram group and amitriptyline group were no significant difference(P>0105).The side effects of citalopram group were loss appetite,nausea,vomiting and those of amitriptyline group were dry mouth,constipation,blurred vision,difficult urination,dizziness,lack strength and ECG abnormality.Conclusions: Citalopram is a safe and satisfied antidepressant,and its side effect is few and wild.
